Relationship Manager

Morgan City, LA

The Relationship Manager develops, leads, and contributes to the growth and profitability of consumer and small commercial business through the management of the branch portfolio including deposits, loans, fees, and expenses. This role is responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating the branch team to deliver exceptional customer service by providing tailored solutions and referrals. The major focus of this position is on business development, with the minority of responsibility dedicated to managing the banking center.

Relationship Banker

Houma, LA

The Relationship Banker plays a vital role in fostering client relationships by proactively identifying opportunities and referrals that benefit new and existing clients. By consistently delivering outstanding service and meaningful recommendations, the Relationship Banker helps strengthen customer loyalty and significantly contributes to the success of the banking center.

Universal Banker

Houma, LA

The Universal Banker provides exceptional customer service while performing both Teller and Platform duties and will be expected to enthusiastically market the Bank’s products and services to new and existing clients.

Teller

Houma, LA

The Teller will respond to customer requests and inquiries, make recommendations about bank products and services, maintain and balance cash supply, and keep accurate bank records.

Credit Analyst

May work from Morgan City, Lafayette, or Metairie, LA

The Credit Analyst gathers, analyzes and interprets credit information in order to assess credit quality and minimize risk and potential loss on commercial and industrial loans, commercial real estate loans and private banking loans. This position will also be responsible for the input of commercial and consumer financial data into the analysis software. Responsible for completing the appraisal ordering/review process according to bank policy and federal regulations.

Commercial Relationship Manager

New Orleans, LA

The Commercial Relationship Manager serves the financial needs of the community commercial banking business, customizing a range of bank products and services to meet the needs of the commercial client.  The job acquires, develops and manages commercial banking relationships by providing solutions customized for the customer to build a strategy for immediate needs along with a focus on growing the portfolio for new and existing customers.  The role is a trusted advisor with sensitivity to the customer’s operating environment, structures and packages practical and competitive solutions which demonstrates an understanding of the financing, cash management and overall business needs of the customer.
