M C Bank Celebrates Ribbon Cutting of Morgan City Main Office on 71st Anniversary
MORGAN CITY, LA – M C Bank & Trust Company (“M C Bank”) celebrated the official ribbon cutting of its new Morgan City Main Office, marking a significant milestone for the bank and the community it has proudly called home since 1955. The celebration coincided with the bank’s 71st anniversary.
Located just blocks from the bank’s former headquarters, the new main office represents a meaningful investment in both the future of M C Bank and the clients and associates it serves. Thoughtfully designed to enhance collaboration, efficiency, and the overall client experience, the new space reflects the bank’s continued evolution while staying true to its hometown spirit.
“This building represents more than bricks and mortar,” said President & CEO, Christopher LeBato. “It’s a reflection of who we are and where we’re going – a new space designed for our clients and associates, grounded in the values and relationships that have defined us for more than seven decades. Celebrating this milestone on our 71st anniversary makes it even more special.”
The new main office ensures the bank is well positioned to serve families, businesses, and future generations while maintaining a relationship-driven approach that has defined the institution since its founding.
“Morgan City is home,” said Travis Richard, Morgan City Market President. “While this building is new, the relationships inside it are longstanding. Our commitment to being present, responsive, and invested in this community remains as strong as ever.” Following remarks, the St. Mary Parish Chamber of Commerce joined bank leadership for the official ribbon cutting and commemorative photo.
