Logging in to MC Treasury Advantage online banking and mobile app
Action required
Before the upgrade (in your current system)
- Download statements, check images, and transaction history you want to keep.
- Print your Bill Pay payees and scheduled payments. Payees convert automatically, and you’ll use the list to double-check them in the new system.
- Print your current alert settings. Alerts do not convert, including security, balance, transaction, transfer, ATM/debit card, chargeback, fee, ACH, and wire alerts.
- Print your list of users and permissions. They convert automatically, and you’ll use the list to verify them starting Monday, November 16.
Your first login (starting Monday, November 16 at 8 a.m.)
Download the app named “MC Treasury Advantage.” Your previous app will no longer work. Want to scan instead? Jump to the QR codes.
- Each person with MC Treasury Advantage online or mobile banking access should have their own unique username. Most usernames transfer automatically to the new system.
- If your username will change, a member of our team will contact you personally before the upgrade with additional instructions.
- For your first login, every authorized user enters the last four digits of the company’s Tax Identification Number (TIN) as the temporary password.
- You’ll then be prompted to create your own unique, secure password.
ACH and wire transfers
Action required
- ACH origination cutoff: Wednesday, November 11. Don’t originate ACH transactions with an effective date later than Thursday, November 12, and allow enough time for processing.
- Online wire transfer cutoff: Friday, November 13 at 2 p.m.
- After the upgrade, the wire transfer cutoff is extended to 4:30 p.m. Central Time.
- Direct deposits and automatic payments (payroll, Social Security, and other ACH) continue without interruption.
- ACH and wire alerts don’t convert. Print your alert settings before the upgrade and set them up again in the new system.
Users and permissions
Action required
- Print your current list of users and permissions before Friday, November 13 at 2 p.m.
- Users and permissions convert automatically. Starting Monday, November 16, use your printed list to verify them in the new system.
- Each individual should have their own unique username. If a username will change, our team will contact that user personally before the upgrade.
- For the first login, all authorized users use the last four digits of the company’s TIN as the temporary password, then create their own password. Share this with your authorized users.
Bill Pay and transfers
Action required
- Last day to schedule payments in the current Bill Pay: Monday, November 9 at 2 a.m.
- Your payees convert automatically. After your first login, review every payee, amount, and frequency against the list you printed.
- In the new system, payments are withdrawn on the “send on” date, not the due date.
- Converted payments use their previous delivery date as the new “send on” date, which could make them late. Review and update all future and recurring payments.
- Electronic payments: allow 2 business days
- Check payments: allow 5 business days
Some payees may be paid by check instead of electronically. For these payees, choose an earlier “send on” date and confirm the payee details match your paper bill.
Transfers
Internal and recurring transfers convert automatically.
Alerts
Action required
Alerts do not convert. Set them up again in the new system, using the list of alert settings you printed before the upgrade. This applies to all personal and business alerts, including security, balance, transaction, transfer, debit card, chargeback, fee, ACH, and wire alerts.
Remote Deposit Capture and Positive Pay
- Remote Deposit Capture (check scanner): your current scanner will work with the new system after a setup change. Benchmark Technologies will contact you beginning the week of November 2 to schedule setup for the week of November 16.
- Questions? Call Benchmark Technologies at 470-865-6100 and select the Remote Deposit Capture option.
- Positive Pay: if you use it, your banker will reach out personally to discuss your individual needs, including setting up alerts.
Statements, history, and tax forms
Action required
- Download any statements you may need before Friday, November 13 at 2 p.m. The most recent 6 months of transaction history will be available in the new system. Previous statements won’t be available immediately after the upgrade.
- Need older statements later? Contact your banker.
- Final statement: your last statement from the current system, dated November 13, will be mailed to you. There’s no service charge for it.
- New statements follow your regular statement cycle and current delivery method (electronic or paper). eStatement enrollment carries over.
- Tax forms: if you’re eligible, you’ll receive your 2026 Form 1099-INT and Form 1098 by January 31, 2027.
Checks, direct deposit, and loans
- Checks: keep using your current checks.
- Direct deposits and automatic payments continue without interruption.
- Loans: balances, rates, terms, loan numbers, payment due dates, and payment address are not changing. Automatic payments from your MCBANK account continue, and you can keep using your current coupon books.
Using Quicken or QuickBooks?
Your connection to MCBANK pauses at 2 p.m. on Friday, November 13. A little preparation keeps your records clean and prevents duplicate transactions.
- Before the upgrade (by Friday, Nov 13 at 2 p.m.): back up your file, update your software, do one last transaction download, and accept all new transactions.
- On Monday, Nov 16: disconnect your old connection and reconnect to the upgraded MCBANK, linking to your existing accounts.
