Logging in to the new online banking and mobile app

Action required

If you haven’t logged in to online banking in the past 13 months, log in before Friday, November 13 at 2 p.m. Otherwise your username will not transfer to the new system.

Before the upgrade (in your current system)

  • Download statements, check images, and transaction history you want to keep.
  • Print your Bill Pay payees and scheduled payments. Payees convert automatically, and you’ll use the list to double-check them in the new system.
  • Print your current alert settings. Alerts do not convert, including security, balance, transaction, transfer, ATM/debit card, chargeback, fee, ACH, and wire alerts.
  • Print your list of users and permissions. They convert automatically, and you’ll use the list to verify them starting Monday, November 16.

Your first login (starting Monday, November 16 at 8 a.m.)

Download the app named “MCBANK Connect.” Your previous app will no longer work. Want to scan instead? Jump to the QR codes.

  1. Enter your current username.
  2. Enter your temporary password:
    • Personal clients: the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number.
    • Business clients: the last 4 digits of your Tax Identification Number (TIN). Share this with the authorized users of your online banking account.
  3. Follow the prompts to verify your identity, create a new password, and set your security preferences.

If you use ACH services, please refer to the separate MC Treasury Advantage first-time login process. Treasury Advantage login

Only type these details yourself at my.mcbt.com/login or in the MCBANK Connect app. MCBANK will never ask you to share them by phone, text, or email.
Bill Pay and transfers

Action required

  • Last day to schedule payments in the current Bill Pay: Monday, November 9 at 2 a.m.
  • Your payees convert automatically. After your first login, review every payee, amount, and frequency against the list you printed.
  • In the new system, payments are withdrawn on the “send on” date, not the due date.
  • Converted payments use their previous delivery date as the new “send on” date, which could make them late. Review and update all future and recurring payments.
Give your payments time:
  • Electronic payments: allow 2 business days
  • Check payments: allow 5 business days

Some payees may be paid by check instead of electronically. For these payees, choose an earlier “send on” date and confirm the payee details match your paper bill.

Transfers

Internal and recurring transfers convert automatically. New: you can also make external transfers to and from your accounts at other financial institutions in online banking.

Zelle

Action required

  • Zelle becomes unavailable Friday, November 13 at 2 p.m. Complete your Zelle payments and transfers before then.
  • Zelle returns as soon as possible, and no later than Monday, November 23.
  • Once available, re-enroll in the new app using the same email address or mobile number.
  • One-time and recurring Zelle transactions scheduled after Friday, November 13 at 2 p.m. will not process.
Alerts

Action required

Alerts do not convert. Set them up again in the new system, using the list of alert settings you printed before the upgrade. This applies to all personal and business alerts.

Statements, history, and tax forms

Action required

  • Download any statements you may need before Friday, November 13 at 2 p.m. The most recent 6 months of transaction history will be available in the new system. Previous statements won’t be available immediately after the upgrade.
  • Need older statements later? Contact your banker.
  • Final statement: your last statement from the current system, dated November 13, will be mailed to you. There’s no service charge for it.
  • New statements follow your regular statement cycle and current delivery method (electronic or paper). eStatement enrollment carries over.
  • Tax forms: for 2026, you’ll receive one 1099-INT or 1098 form by January 31, 2027.
Checks, deposits, direct deposit, and loans
  • Checks: keep using your current checks.
  • Mobile deposit: submit deposits in the current app before Friday, November 13 at 2 p.m. Start using mobile deposit in the new app on Monday, November 16.
  • Direct deposits and automatic payments (payroll, Social Security, and other ACH) continue without interruption.
  • Loans: balances, rates, terms, loan numbers, payment due dates, and payment address are not changing. Automatic payments from your MCBANK account continue, and you can keep using your current coupon books.
For business clients
  • Online banking is not available for business clients from Friday, November 13 at 2 p.m. through Sunday, November 15.
  • Users and permissions convert automatically. Print your current list before Friday, November 13 at 2 p.m. and verify it in the new system starting Monday, November 16.
  • First login: use your current username with the last 4 digits of your business TIN as the temporary password. Share this with your authorized users.
  • ACH services: refer to the separate MC Treasury Advantage first-time login process.
  • Wire transfers: the online wire transfer cutoff is Friday, November 13 at 2 p.m. Upon the completion of our system upgrade, the new wire cutoff is extended to 4:30 p.m. Central Time.
  • Remote Deposit Capture (check scanner): your current scanner will work with the new system after a setup change. Benchmark Technologies will contact you beginning the week of November 2 to schedule setup for the week of November 16. Questions? Call Benchmark at 470-865-6100 and select the Remote Deposit Capture option.
  • Positive Pay: your banker will contact you personally to discuss your individual needs.
  • Alerts don’t convert. Print yours and set them up again after the upgrade.
  • Quicken or QuickBooks: see the step-by-step instructions.

Using Quicken, QuickBooks, or Mint?

Your connection to MCBANK pauses at 2 p.m. on Friday, November 13. A little preparation keeps your records clean and prevents duplicate transactions.

The short version
  1. Before the upgrade (by Friday, Nov 13 at 2 p.m.): back up your file, update your software, do one last transaction download, and accept all new transactions.
  2. On Monday, Nov 16: disconnect your old connection and reconnect to the upgraded MCBANK, linking to your existing accounts.
