- In the event your debit card is lost or stolen, if you suspect fraud or unauthorized account activity has taken place call 1-800-262-2024 to report the activity and cancel your debit card.
- You can also place a hold on your debit card through our Mobile app using the Cardvalet options.
- If you have received a call from our fraud department, about suspected fraud on your account please call the fraud hotline 1-800-554-8969.
- For all debit card and online banking issues that may occur during business hours, please call our electronics department at 1-985-384-2100.
